HOT TUB RENTAL FAQ'S
Renting one of our Roto Spa portable hot tubs is pretty simple. You select placement suchas your deck, patio, garage or lawn. We fill it with water, explain the operation and leave you with detailsed operating instruction and a water balance kit. When your are finished with your hot tub rental we drain it and take it away. It's simple, fun and easy!

Why are they called Roto Spa hot tubs?
The process of constructing the shell is called rotational molding. It produces the strongest shell in the market. It won't crack, break or wear out and is guaranteed to last for as long as you have your hot tub. It is called a spa because it is a spa.
Can I put it on my deck?
Usually that is not a problem. We look at the location first and assess if it will take the weight. Hundreds of rentals and we haven't lost a deck yet.
How does my hot tub get filled?
A garden hose can be attached to an outside faucet, or we have adaptors which will allow the hose to connect to a kitchen or bathroom faucet.
How do you get the hot tub into my back yard?
The hot tubs will roll through a 34" doorway or gate. Because they are real hot tubs they are not extremely light weight. Call us regarding obstacles or limitations.
How much space do I need?
You should have approximately 8' square.
How quickly will my hot tub heat?
The pump will heat the water at 1-2 degrees per hour. In colder weather we suggest you put some hot water from your house in it to cut down the heat up time.
Do you have different sizes of hot tubs?
We rent only six person hot tubs. Our years of experience have shown that people find the four person hot tubs to be too small and most customers ask for the larger tubs.
Can I rent for longer periods of time?
If bookings permit we can rent it for longer periods. One of the reasons we have so much repeat business is that we often leave the tub with the customer for several days longer when bookings permit. All you have to do is ask. This has made us the only business of choice for alot of people.
Are there any axtra charges?
No. We never charge extra for anything.
Should someone be there when my hot tub rental arrives?
We prefer that someone be present to help set the hot tub up where you want it and to assist accessing water.
Can I buy a Roto Spa portable hot tub?
Yes you can. We are an authorized retailer for Roto Spa hot tubs.
Can I try the hot tub before I buy it?
Yes. If you decide to buy the tub we will apply the rental fee to your purchase.
